Today Peter took in the sights over Lake Konstanz and beside the river Rhine. A relatively balmy 19 degrees as he put 9 km on his training tally!

Friday saw me stomping over the Sheffield Forest, awakening the deer and other wildlife!
My hopes for today were to trek 7km, but I managed to squeeze in a whopping 10km! Very pleased with myself retiring in the evening to recouperate ahead of tomorrow's trip to Germany and the opportunity for some overseas training.
