New Laws
These are the new laws introduced by the RFU at the Under 16 age group to help children play and develop their rugby skills, with each age group progressing incrementally through the game's core elements.
Lineout
Lineouts are fully competitive from Under 16 onwards
- Lifting and Jumping is permitted.
- Fully competitive lineouts.
- Throw must be down the middle of the lineout
- Throw must be straight and players must respect offside line at lineout.
