This is the first Calling Notice for our Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 8 PM at Uckfield Rugby Club.

Please read the attached documents before the meeting. If you have any questions or items of business (AOB) to discuss, kindly email them to gbucklandgtb@gmail.com by Thursday, July 9, 2026.
The attached governance spreadsheet outlines who has held various roles over the past 12 months. It has been simplified to show the positions we will be voting on at the AGM. It also indicates who the Board of Directors is responsible for appointing, and who the management committee appoints.
If you wish to propose anyone for any role, please forward their names, along with the name of a seconder (if available), to gbucklandgtb@gmail.com by Thursday, July 9, 2026.
I can confirm that all current Board Directors wish to stand for re-election. However, this does not prevent anyone from applying. We have had to hold votes in the past when we received more nominations than available positions.
